Job Summary: The Human Resources Benefits Generalist will be responsible for benefits administration and collaborating with their HR colleagues, management, and employees across multiple HR functions, onboarding, recruitment support, creating and hosting fun employee events, and playing a key role in maintaining and shaping the company culture!

Requirements:

Qualifications for a Human Resources Benefits Generalist

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience
• 3
  • years' experience in Human Resources
• Experience with benefits administration, wellness initiatives, FMLA, and ADA

Job Requirements for a Human Resources Benefits Generalist

• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to walk the shop floor for extended periods of time.
• Ability to drive to local events and locations.
