    ManTech is seeking a Senior Human Resource Analyst to join our team supporting the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (OUSDI&S) in Arlington, VA.

    This position serves as a Human Resource (HR) Analyst supporting the OUSD(I&S) Chief of Staff office. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing joint military personnel for OUSD(I&S) including overseeing and participating in special projects and initiatives that track HR; Recognition, Evaluation, Development and Integration (REDI) program; and augmentee information.

    This position requires an active DoD TS/SCI clearance (in DISS).

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Review and update the OUSD(I&S) SharePoint website keeping the OUSD(I&S) workforce informed of all pertinent HR, REDI, and augmentee information received from the Intelligence Community.

    • Responsible for identifying and reporting complex issues upon discovery and providing recommended actions.

    • Be able to prepare written and oral products to support senior-level decision making.

    • Be familiar with performance management closeout periods and be proficient at developing and updating executive-level status reports that convey program objective and initiative success rates.

    • Assist with the development, review, and maintenance of written internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), business rules, technical memos, and written regulatory guidance that comply with current OUSD(I&S) policies.

    • Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other application products, as required, to create, modify and manipulate reports, spreadsheets, and presentations to capture and display current and post-performance period results for senior executive leadership and the workforce to support decision-making at all leadership levels.

    • Serve as an Action Officer responsible for developing various means of communication to inform the OUSD(I&S) workforce of updated HR guidance and resource materials.

    • Be familiar with formal government correspondence procedures such as staff summary sheets, Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) coordination, Memorandums of Understanding or Agreement, records management, award packages, appointment memos, and reassignment notices.

    • Will oversee coordination of agreements between USD(I&S) and other intelligence agencies in support of the augmentee program to include the military reservist program.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Must possess a bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, years of experience

    • can replace degree requirements.

    • Active DoD TS/SCI clearance

    • Familiarization, experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools;

    • specifically, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

    • Experience supporting executive-level offices and decision-making.

    • Knowledge of and experience with the Recognition, Evaluation, Development,

    • and Integration (REDI) program; Correspondence and Task Management System

    • (CATMS).

    • Familiarization with US Government correspondence formats and procedures

    • such as Memorandums of Agreement, Memorandums of Understanding, Staff

    • Summary Sheets, and award packages.

    • Preferred Skills:

    • Experience in inter-agency collaboration and correspondence.

    • Experience leading HR teams.

    • Experience developing & delivering senior level briefs.

    Physical Requirements :

    • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time

    • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel

    • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer

    • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

    • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
