  • HR Generalist

    Full Time: 40 hours Hybrid

    Salary Range:

    $31 - $38 Hourly - Based on experience

    Locations Available: Bloomington, Hybrid
    We offer full time hybrid working environment with a flexible schedule between 6am-6pm, half day Fridays!

    Core Competencies:

    • General knowledge of employment laws and practices

    • Customer service driven, detail oriented, individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality
    • Excellent communication skills, individual speaks clearly, conducts meetings, presents numerical data effectively and is able to read and interpret written information

    Key Result Areas:

    • Supports benefits administration to include enrollment, re-enrollment, education, claims resolution, change reporting and may include a reconciliation of invoices for payment.
    • May participate in recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, and temporary employees; ensures new-employee onboarding complete and participates in orientations as assigned.
    • Manage leave administration to include FMLA, ADA, and disability programs.
    • Assist with affirmative action program; filing of EEO-1 annual report, maintains and logs information to conform to EEO regulations.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, and a minimum of three years’ experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience.
    • Preference to individuals that have HR healthcare experience.
    • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
    • Working knowledge and experience with ADP Workforce Now (modules and portal) is a plus.
    • Human Resources PHR or SHRM certification, is a plus
