Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$36/hour
Be available to work morning, night, and weekend shifts depending on the assigned crew/shift

What's a typical day as a Human Resource Coordinator? You'll be:
Administering the National Attendance Program (NAP), Family Medical Leave (FMLA), Medical Leave of Absence (MLOA), and tardiness in accordance with company policies and regulations
Conducting corrective action discussions for chargeable absences and tardiness
Documenting corrective action hearing outcomes
Following up with line management to resolve NAP and tardiness issues
Acting as a subject matter expert for line management on NAP interpretation
Maintaining all required documentation related to FMLA administration
Serving as a liaison between line management and the local medical department
Identifying opportunities to streamline current processes
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a High School Diploma or GED
Have 2+ years of Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Preferably have a Bachelor's Degree
Have previous Manufacturing experience (1+ years, preferred)
Have strong oral and written skills
Have experience in attendance and FMLA monitoring
