    JOB SUMMARY

    The HRIS and Compensation Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and ensuring accurate, competitive compensation structures within the organization. This role combines the technical expertise of HRIS management with compensation analysis, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and alignment with the company's HR strategy. The Specialist works closely with HR, finance, and management teams to support decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. This position will report directly to the SVP of Human Resources, with close collaboration with the HR Team and other company leaders.     JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Manage, maintain, and optimize the HRIS (ADP), Recruitment, LMS, Payroll, and other systems as required.
    • Ensures accuracy of employee data, including new hires, terminations, job changes, and other updates.
    • Troubleshoots and resolves HRIS issues. Partners with IT or external vendors, as necessary.
    • Develop and generate custom reports, dashboard, and analytics to support HR and management decision making.
    • Collaborate with HR team to streamline workflows, improve the user experience, and implement system enhancements, as required.
    • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in data management, HR technology and HRIS system applications. Makes recommendations to HR leadership as appropriate for business process improvements.
    • Conducts salary benchmarking, salary surveys, job evaluations, and market research to maintain competitive and equitable compensation structures.
    • Administers annual compensation review process, including merit increase, bonuses, and promotions.
    • Analyze compensation data to ensure internal equity, compliance with legal regulations, and alignment with organizational goals.
    • Prepare compensation reports and forecasts for budgeting and strategic planning purposes.
    • Commitment to the Company's ISO program including the quality and food safety of our products.
    QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field required
    • A minimum of 5 years' HRIS administration experience, ADP preferred, but not required
    • A minimum of 2 years' experience administering compensation programs
    • Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
    • Generalist background and experience helpful
    • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate data for analysis and reporting
    • Experience in a manufacturing/distillery operation, a plus

    • Able to physically navigate around the office, production and warehouse areas, including repetitive climbing of stairs and elevated walkways
