Location Description Post Consumer Brands corporate headquarters in Lakeville, Minn. is about 20 miles south of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Lakeville has all the benefits of smaller town living with access to everything a large metropolitan area has to offer. Responsibilities This position will serve as the HR Systems Analyst for the overall UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) platform used at PCB. This includes governance of the data in Ulti-Pro (HRIS), governance, and configuration in Kronos Dimensions (Timekeeping and Attendance). This role will act assist in maintaining and supporting the timekeeping and attendance system at PCB across all North America facilities. Assist with building strong partnerships with HR, PHI, Manufacturing, and other functions as defined. HR Systems Analyst will assess, define, and execute enhancements to our current Kronos Dimensions platform both today and to meet future business needs. Additionally, this role will focus on executing system configuration changes with medium to high complexity, answering end user questions due to issues or process questions, ensuring data integrity, and providing training and process support to the HR teams. This position will also collaborate with the team by creating new reports out of Kronos Dimensions or Ulti-Pro to meet the needs of the business. This position will report directly to the Senior Manager of HR Operations. JOB ACTIVITIES/DUTIES: HR Systems: SME on timekeeping, payroll, and attendance processes and systems SME for HR system work needed as part of any PCB projects and/or acquisitions Assist in gathering requirements and business needs from various functions at PCB that affect HR systems such as Ulti-Pro and/or Kronos Dimensions. Assist in working with HR system vendors to scope future capabilities such as new modules that advance our current Kronos Dimensions platform. Perform enhancements to our Kronos Dimensions platform Perform system configuration changes at the direction of the timekeeping vendor. Assist in integration efforts that relate to, or impact, our timekeeping, attendance, and HRIS platforms Assist in the planning, testing, and execution of the semi-annual releases/upgrades to our timekeeping and attendance platforms. Perform reporting requests from the business Assist in activities related to system upgrades, while partnering with teammates in HR Operations to execute documentation of process. Perform audits in timekeeping system to ensure accuracy of data and system working as expected. Support and troubleshoot questions from end users for PCB's timekeeping and attendance system. General: Support requests from the business requiring assistance from HR Operations through our proper intake channels. Work cross-functionally to execute various HR Op programs and initiatives (finance, IT, Plant HR) as assigned. Assist department in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees. Support reporting requests. Support running wellness eligibility files Perform trainings with Plant HR and local employees (Lakeville/Field Sales) on a as needed basis on new initiative and processes Analyze current processes in HR Operations and offer suggestions for areas of improvement. Safeguard and ensure confidentiality of HR and payroll data. Backup for payroll duties (pulling time files out of Kronos) Other duties as assigned. Qualifications JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, administrative training, or related field recommended. Experience: 5 - 7 years of experience supporting timekeeping and attendance systems and HR functions. Skills: Experience with timekeeping systems required, including the execution of configuration changes. Experience coaching others and providing work direction either to direct reports or indirect reports. Experience using Kronos Workforce Central or Kronos (UKG) Dimensions preferred, but not required. Proficient in the use of office technologies (MS Excel, Outlook, and Word) Experience using SharePoint Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and possess the technical aptitude to understand data flow and system interaction. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member Demonstrated ability to deliver high level, responsive customer service in a business environment. Demonstrated proactive work ethic and sense of urgency to do what it takes to get the job done Ability to work with confidential data. Ability to prioritize work and have excellent organizational skills.
