Where is the work:
This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.
What you will do:
Consult with stakeholders to identify organizational issues and leads in problem solving, risk and opportunities as well as downstream impact of these issues for the enterprise.
Partners with HRS colleagues to determine feasibility of HR solutions ability to deliver services, predictable demand, and voice of customer by improving service quality by reducing rework and failure demand.
Partners with HRS teams to support the successful implementation of HRS strategic initiatives.
Lead, drive, support and execute Change Management initiatives including socialization of major projects and/or initiatives impacting HR Solutions to senior leadership. Projects and/or programs include complex transformations & reorganizations, labor contract implementation support, crisis management/ critical events (e.g., COVID-19) response.
Promote the effective use of MyHR Self Service, guiding employees, managers, HRBPs to using MyHR to interact with HRS. Facilitates the adoption of HR technology across the HR model. Identifies opportunities and facilitates the improvement of the user experience with MyHR performance.
Coaches early career program participants by sponsoring meaningful assignments and projects within HR Solutions.
Active member of the HRS Relationship management team. Partnering with the HR Solutions extended leadership team to achieve HR Solutions strategic objectives while delivering ongoing improvement to service, cost, and culture performance.
Empowering partners with information on HRS services to connect capability to need.
Identify and communicate HR Solutions Team and Stakeholders on future and predictable demand where an interaction and connection of one or more HR Solutions teams are required, either because of their complexity, impact, or risk to the business.
Strong partnership, understanding the needs from the HRS Ops team, support in identify opportunities for improvement and solutions and help on the execution of projects to drive productivity, off set cost increase and improve customer experience.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders: HR Directors, HR Business Partners, Business Leaders in ResHVAC. Then, partner with HRS organization; HR Operations, COEs, etc.
Be a credible coach and confidante to these leadership teams, as well as a strong employee advocate to accelerate Enterprise initiatives, strategy, and execution.
Focus on operational excellence through innovation and continuous improvement.
Use problem solving skills, metric monitoring at key intervals, and customer feedback to create great customer experiences.
What you will bring:
Bachelor's Degree with 5-10+ years' experience in the Human Resources Function; Master's Degree preferred.
Demonstrated experience in Lean, or similar disciplines, and the ability to flexibly apply these disciplines to achieve business goals. Ability to design cross functional processes and application of appropriate technology.
Demonstrated experience leveraging current technologies to manage services and driving adoption of technology within client base.
Extensive experience in navigating across functions. Demonstrated experience in Change Management.
Process driven, with strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and systems.
Strong cross functional project management experience across an entire project life cycle.
Proficiency in using business and HR specific software.
A customer oriented, results driven collaborator, good financial and business acumen.
Demonstrated success in creating an environment of trust with clients where integrity is unquestioned; can effectively utilize negotiation and conflict resolution skills when needed.
Ability to analyze data & metrics for use in developing goals and driving key business strategies and objectives
Ability to listen, influence and communicate with all levels of the organization required.
Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures business compliance
Proven track record in managing a multi-regional team;
Ability to lead cross functional programs with limited direction.
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $ 95,000 to 130,000
