    Job Description

    The HR, Strategy, Operations and Services team at U.S. Bank is hiring. This role reports into a SVP who owns HR Experience Design. The HR Reward Product Owner will help define and shape the experience for U.S. Bank employees in rewards and recognition specifically focusing on compensation and payroll. As a HR Reward Product Owner, you will partner with internal stakeholders within HR Total Rewards to understand challenges and opportunities to enhance experience. Through product roadmaps and feature stories, you'll translate customer requirements into product requirements that align with the product vision. You'll be working closely with cross-functional teams, such as Workday configuration consultants, integration developers, and UX designers utilizing Scrum ways of working to accelerate business value achievement. The ideal candidate has expertise within the Payroll and Compensation space, understands and delights in creating a great experience for employees, has worked in a similarly large and complex organization and has worked in an Agile environment to drive product improvements.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

    • Eight or more years of related experience

    Preferred Skills/Experience

    • Previous experience in payroll and/or compensation departments

    • Product ownership/management experience to include work with Scrum/Agile teams

    • Knowledge of Workday system functionality and other industry leading tools within the Total Rewards space

    • Experience writing stories, prioritizing upgrades and managing a product backlog

    • Skilled listener, communicator and highly collaborative

    • Diplomacy, tact and ability to influence

    • Well-developed ability to develop and articulate a product vision that supports outcomes, value and prioritization of work

    This role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

    The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $129,455.00 - $152,300.00 - $167,530.00
