  • Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Hybrid Recruiter Intermediate position located in either Richmond, VA or McLean, VA.

    Length: 6+ months

    Shift: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

    Pay Rate: $ 40.78/HR

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Recruiter w/ experience recruiting for procurement & vendor management experience

    • High volume (15-17 reqs at a time)

    • Sourcing, administrative, building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates.

    • Provide recruiting services in accordance with our recruiting process, standards and systems.

    • Self-directed execution of the full life cycle recruiting process with an emphasis in meeting time-to-fill goals.

    • Develop an effective sourcing strategy to provide a continuous flow of quality and quantity of candidates for the pipeline.

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent

    • Blended agency & corporate recruiting experience

    • Personal initiative - someone looking to continuously learn and grow professionally

    • Experience sourcing w/ LinkedIn recruiter

    • Workday & Salesforce experience a plus but not required - can be taught

    Pay Details: $40.78 per hour
