Description We are in search of a HR Recruiter to join our team in the Chemicals Manufacturing industry located in Cary, North Carolina. In this role, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of sourcing potential candidates, managing employer branding initiatives, and overseeing the complete recruiting cycle. This offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Employ various platforms, social media channels, and job boards to source potential candidates.
Manage telephone screenings and arrange interviews for potential candidates.
Direct employer branding initiatives with the aim of attracting high-quality candidates.
Supervise the full-cycle recruiting process to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Use ADP Workforce Now and other HRIS systems in managing talent acquisition.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, internal teams, and external partners.
Adhere to all labor regulations and fair employment practices.
Apply your analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges in recruitment.
Ensure clear and efficient communication with candidates and team members.
Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office Suite tools for efficient task management and reporting. Requirements - Proven proficiency with ADP - Financial Services, essential for streamlining financial operations within the HR department.
Demonstrated skills in using ADP Workforce Now to manage and optimize workforce productivity.
Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, crucial for efficient data exchange.
Experience with Careerbuilder for sourcing, tracking, and managing potential candidates.
Strong command of CRM systems to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.
Proficiency in using About Time for effective time and attendance management.
Prior experience with Applicant Track System to streamline the recruitment process.
Ability to conduct thorough Background Checks to ensure the recruitment of reliable personnel.
Comprehensive understanding of Benefit Functions to manage employee benefits effectively.
