We are hiring a HR Operations Analyst in our Bloomington or Marshall, MN locations. In this role, you will serve as a key member of our HR operations team, responsible for the administration of HR processes and systems. This position focuses on supporting day-to-day HR operations, process improvement, reporting support and ensuring a positive employee experience. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with HR business partners, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure the effective utilization of our HR Systems to meet the company's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection laws
Process new hires, terminations, and employee changes in HRIS systems
Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers.
Manage and update HR systems, ensuring data integrity and functionality.
Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making and identify trends.
Provide training to employees and managers on using HR tools and systems.
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data leveraging MS Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, data integrity, and compliance.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Years of Related Experience: 0-2 years (entry level)
The base salary range for this position is $47,250 to $78,750 annually with eligibility for a 5% annual incentive bonus that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
