HR Generalist

Description

We are recruiting for an experienced HR Generalist to join a company in Allentown, PA. This company is dedicated to fostering a positive work environment and is looking for an HR Generalist to contribute to it's continued growth.

The HR Generalist will handle various HR functions including benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and HR data management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.

• Administer employee benefits and handle inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.

• Support employee relations through counseling and conflict resolution.

• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

• Handle HR data management, including maintaining accurate employee records and generating reports.

• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 1-2 years of HR experience; entry-level candidates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive HR information.

• Works well with a team.
