    We are in search of a dedicated HR Coordinator to become part of our client, stationed in the south metro and is hybrid. This role is pivotal in assisting our expanding workforce and is primarily focused on aiding our HR team with tasks related to onboarding. It offers a long term contract employment opportunity and starts out part time hours. Responsibilities:

    • Facilitating the integration process for new staff members, including the management of all necessary paperwork and ensuring new staff members comprehend company policies and procedures.

    • Organizing orientation sessions and revising orientation materials as necessary.

    • Conducting administrative duties such as maintaining HR records, addressing employees' requests, and providing relevant information.

    • Crafting and circulating internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies.

    • Collaborating with the HR team to support company-wide HR initiatives and objectives.

    • Arranging and scheduling meetings as required.

    • Ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

    Requirements

    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems

    • Excellent communication skills are necessary

    • Proficiency in Paylocity is a plus

    • Experience in onboarding new employees is ideal

    • Prior HR experience
