Description We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role involves comprehensive administrative support for the day-to-day operations of our human resources department, ensuring the efficient delivery of salary payments, salary adjustments, recruitment processes, and benefits administration. The HR Coordinator will liaise closely with various departments throughout the organization to provide a customer-focused and effective HR support service.
Manage sensitive and confidential matters such as personnel relations, employee relations, and organizational changes, planning and protecting the security of information, data, and files.
Respond and address various queries from managers and employees as well as other agencies or departments.
Interpret, assist, and advise employees and managers regarding cooperative agreement applications, leave management, and benefits administration, as well as HR procedures and policies within the specified guidelines.
Conduct research, gather data and statistical reports, and maintain statistical information.
Administer and monitor new hire orientation programs.
Handle issues and inquiries in unavailability of HR Generalist & Sr. Recruiter.
Administer driving and criminal record checks.
Maintain up-to-date employee file records by handling changes in employee status in a timely manner.
Prepare paperwork needed to create new employee profiles and to place new employees on the payroll.
Provide assistance in hiring process activities such as posting jobs on job boards or websites, reviewing applications and maintaining a spreadsheet for tracking applicants.
Provide assistance in monitoring the employee performance appraisal process.
Interact with and supply information to employees, department heads, and job applicants.
Provide general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms and reports, arranging meetings, composing regular correspondence, processing confidential reports and documents, filing electronic and hard copy, tracking deadlines, and taking down minutes as needed.
Establish, maintain and control personnel, employees, recruitment relations records, files, correspondence, reports, and organization charts. Requirements - Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as an HR Coordinator
Proficient in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
Knowledge and experience in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
Familiarity with Ceridian, HRMS, and About Time software
Experience in conducting Background Checks
Proficiency in Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration
Strong understanding and experience in HR Compliance
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
Must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex situations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
