HR Coordinator

Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proficient HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Twin Cities, Minnesota. This individual will have the opportunity to be deeply involved in all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HR projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.

• Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.

• Assist with the performance management and employee evaluation process.

• Coordinate training sessions and seminars.

• Perform orientations and update records of new staff.

• Produce and submit reports on HR activity.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field or equivalent work experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with HRIS systems.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Exceptional organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
