HR Coordinator

Description

We are seeking an HR Coordinator to become a part of our team in the Government Consulting industry based in Mclean, Virginia on-site. The role offers a contract employment opportunity, primarily focusing on full cycle benefits administration. You will assist with the daily functions of a company's human resources department and will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the organization's HR activities by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. This position offers growth within an HR department.

Requirements

• Must have at least 2+ years of human resource experience

• Needs at least an associate's degree

• This position offers opportunity for growth within an HR department

• Prior experience working within government contracting or technology firm

• Strong excel experience

• Prior HRIS software experience

• Working onsite full time
