HR Coordinator

Description

We're looking for a proficient HR Coordinator to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of human resources functions and best practices. The individual will work under the immediate supervision of the HR Manager, assisting with all the related job duties and departmental functions and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.

• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.

• Maintain both digital and electronic copies of employees' records.

• Assist with performance management procedures.

• Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain agendas.

• Coordinate training sessions and seminars.

• Assist HR manager with employee retention activities.

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.

• Proven experience as an HR coordinator or similar role.

• Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.

• Strong ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to handle data with confidentiality.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
