Responsibilities
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is the primary contact for company leaders and serves as a consultant in all areas of Human Resources. The HRBP is responsible for cultivating positive partnerships between HR and company leaders and developing integrated solutions.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field.Equivalent experience may be considered; four years of progressiveHR experience where the skills and abilities needed to perform thisjob have been demonstrated.
Four years human resources experience with knowledge of multiplehuman resource disciplines including recruitment, employeerelations, benefits, performance management, compensation andpayroll practices, and federal and state employment laws.
Ability to effectively envision, develop, and implement new strategiesto address competitive, complex business issues.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent consulting, client management and business literacy skills.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills; abilityto develop partnerships.
Flexible and available to positively interact with employees at alllevels, providing a high level of internal customer service.
Self-directed and motivated.
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM Senior Certified Professional(SHRM-SCP).
Relevant industry experience is a plus.
Pay Range
$33.60 - $48.73 /hour
