JOB SUMMARY
ONEOK is hiring for an HR Analyst II to join our growing HR team! This position is an add to staff, and we're looking to add TWO team members. We're looking for a tech-savvy, HR professional with strong customer service skills to support HR-functions, manage leave of absence and assist with total rewards. An ideal candidate would have 2-5 years of experience working in HR-focused teams. Proficiency in Workday would be a plus.
Office - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
Remote - Wednesday and Friday
Job Profile Summary
This role is responsible for performing day to day activities for a variety of human resource programs and activities.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Respond to written and oral inquiries from employees, managers, retirees, family members regarding HR questions, programs, policies, issues and status changes; to include telephone, chat and e-mail interactions
Administration of HR related queries and execution of HR transactions including but not limited to:

Strong multi-tasking and ability to work through ambiguity in a fast-paced, high volume environment with demonstrated skill to handle multiple competing tasks and maintain a high level of accuracy

Maintain superior knowledge of HR resources, policies, business processes and standard operating procedures

Experience in use and function of tools and equipment applicable to position including using microcomputer applications such as Excel, Word and Power Point
Experience, training and/or working knowledge related to:
