We are looking for a reliable and dedicated part-time housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper at Lad Lake, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our youth facilities and administration building. Your efforts will help us create a warm and healthy environment for our staff and the youth we serve. Your typical duties will involve cleaning and organizing residential facilities, and we also expect you to provide excellent customer service to all our clients.

    This position requires approximately 12 hours per week

    ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

    • Ensure overall cleanliness of Dousman living units, schools, and administration areas.
    • Follow a set schedule to maintain the sanitation of agency bathroom facilities.
    • Assist with monitoring supplies, managing inventory and budget, and purchasing new equipment and cleaning supplies. Provide supplies as needed based on unit utilization clipboards. Complete tasks with the highest quality while following safe working practices.
    • Portray a positive image and engage in professional and friendly communications with all clients, staff, and guests.
    • Clean specified areas, including rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways as specified by Lad Lake.
    • Use vacuum cleaners and related appliances/equipment to clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
    • Empty wastebaskets and dispose of trash and waste in designated areas.
    • Operate a personal computer to access email, electronic calendars, and other essential office support software. Limit office time to two (2) hours per week.
    • All other duties as assigned

    EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

    • Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role is preferred but not required.
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. -

    Compensation details: 15-16 Hourly Wage
