Client is going live with epic at one of their locations and need additional service desk support as there will be an influx of calls from end users with issues with their epic application/MyChart. They are looking for resources who have past experience with Service Desk/over the phone support, ServiceNow ticketing tool, and Epic support. Healthcare experience is a must. They need 10 people to supplement their current service desk and help keep the call volume manageable.
Shift will vary
Additional Skills & Qualifications Customer service skills, oral/written communication, professionalism
Reliability will be a top priority when selecting candidates. Must be open to working weekends and their shift for a 40 hour work week. No call offs or expected appointments during the duration of the role.
