Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Help Desk Specialist in the Plymouth, Michigan area. The Help Desk Specialist will be onsite 5 days a week with the possibility of traveling 1-2 times throughout the year to various Michigan locations. The Specialist will be the internal IT onsite in Plymouth as well as taking any inquiries from other offices. They will be working on tickets within the system to service each issue that comes up throughout the weeks. They will be responsible for helping with onboarding new hires within the internal system to give them access to databases.

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in IT
- 4 years of experience in help desk
- Windows 11 experience null
