  • Description Job Description: The Help Desk Technician will serve as the initial contact for our users, addressing technical issues and ensuring smooth operations. You will collaborate with the IT department to maintain system functionality and support end-users effectively. Key Responsibilities: Respond to and resolve user inquiries and issues through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues. Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software. Log and document user issues and solutions in the ticketing system. Provide guidance on software applications and IT best practices. Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support when necessary. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a detail oriented demeanor. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in IT or a related field preferred. Experience in a help desk or technical support role. Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems. Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
