Help Desk Analyst

Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in Plano, Texas. As part of our team, you will be expected to perform basic help desk troubleshooting in a casual work environment. The role is very much centered around the use of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, with a focus on basic network security.

Responsibilities

• Handling basic troubleshooting to resolve issues

• Operating within Active Directory

• Ensuring smooth functioning of Microsoft 365

• Upholding network security standards

• Utilizing Citrix Technologies as required

• Managing database systems

• Utilizing EO/IR systems

• Operating Lotus Notes as required

• Handling computer hardware issues

• Performing configuration management duties

• Providing deskside support

• Managing desktop hardware Requirements - Proficiency in Citrix Technologies

• Experience with Database Management

• Knowledge of EO/IR systems

• Familiarity with Lotus Notes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

• Understanding of Active Directory

• Proficiency in handling Computer Hardware

• Experience in Configuration Management

• Ability to provide Deskside Support
