    We are currently seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive technical support to our employees and ensuring that their technology-related issues are resolved efficiently.

    Responsibilities

    • Facilitate excellent customer service by promptly responding to technology-related inquiries from all users.

    • Troubleshoot and rectify issues related to hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

    • Maintain a record of customer issues and their resolutions in our helpdesk ticketing system.

    • Handle incoming phone calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and requests professionally and timely.

    • Escalate complex technical issues to senior support resources when necessary.

    • Responsible for the installation of technology equipment such as PCs, printers, phones, etc. at various company sites.

    • Provision and deprovision user accounts as needed.

    • Utilize Cisco and Citrix Technologies to provide effective solutions.

    • Support users on both Mac Computers and Apple Devices.

    • Employ Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Remote Desktop for remote technical support.

    Requirements - Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is essential for this role.

    • Familiarity with Citrix Technologies is expected.

    • Experience with Mac Computers is required.

    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft software and platforms is needed.

    • Ability to manage and manipulate Active Directory is necessary.

    • Proficiency in using and troubleshooting Apple Devices is expected.

    • Must possess strong understanding of Computer Hardware.

    • The ability to Provide Technical Support to a wide range of users is crucial.

    • Experience in Remote Desktop Support is required.

    • Familiarity with Windows Remote Desktop is a must. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
