Help Desk Analyst

Description We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service and support to our customers via phone, chat, email, and through our website. You will also assist in resolving issues and questions related to the product, returns, and other topics, and provide leadership and training for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support and assistance via phone, chat, email, and website

• Resolve issues and questions related to the product, returns, and other topics

• Assist and make recommendations to customers

• Undertake miscellaneous projects and work assigned, based on skill and business need

• Provide leadership and training for new hires

• Utilize Citrix Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Lotus Notes, Microsoft, and Active Directory for various tasks

• Ensure detail-oriented and organized work

• Utilize Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook for various tasks

• Ensure excellent problem-solving skills Requirements - Proficiency in Citrix Technologies is required

• Demonstrable knowledge of Database management is essential

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems is necessary

• Must have experience with Lotus Notes

• Proficiency with Microsoft tools is required

• Must have a working knowledge of Active Directory

• Experience with Computer Hardware is necessary

• Skills in Configuration Management is required

• Deskside Support experience is essential

• Must have a solid understanding of Desktop Hardware Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
