Help Desk Analyst

Description We are in search for a Help Desk Analyst to become part of our team in Aurora, Colorado. In this role, you will handle level 1 ticketing and end-user needs, set up and troubleshoot printers and hardware, and maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve level 1 tech assistance center (TAC) tickets promptly and accurately.

• Perform setup and troubleshooting for printers and other hardware equipment.

• Utilize Active Directory for various administrative tasks.

• Handle network and VPN troubleshooting, with a preference for experience in a VMware environment.

• Provide Tier 1 support for a variety of Windows versions, including but not limited to Windows 10 and 11.

• Uphold client-facing professionalism at all times.

• Work with Office 365 for various tasks and troubleshooting.

• Demonstrate knowledge in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Database, and EO/IR systems.

• Manage Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, and Configuration Management.

• Assist with deployments as needed. Requirements - Proficiency in Android Development is necessary

• Experience with Cisco Technologies is required

• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies is essential

• Demonstrable skills in Database management

• Knowledge of EO/IR systems is a plus

• Proficiency in Active Directory is needed

• Experience with Apple Devices is required

• Strong understanding of Computer Hardware is necessary

• Skills in Configuration Management are important
