  • Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator

    Job Description

    We are looking for skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team in Chesapeake, Norfolk, Hampton, and Virginia Beach. The selected individuals will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as dozers, front end loaders, and excavators. As a part of the job, they will be expected to perform grading and new construction work on various projects. Responsibilities include site preparation, land grading to maintain level, roadway construction, installation of storm water lines and erosion control systems, and new ground-up construction for commercial projects.

    This is a Direct Hire Position.

    Work Site

    This is a fully on-site position in Suffolk, Virginia.

    Work Environment

    The selected candidates will work 40-50 hours per week, following a 5x10 schedule from Monday through Friday with some expected Saturday shifts. They will work in small crews on site and will perform labor. Appropriate work clothing and PPE gear, including hard hat, steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and reflective gear, are mandatory for safety compliance.
