About the Role

As a Contract Healthcare Recruiter for Central Texas (CTX), you'll source and connect highly qualified nursing and radiology candidates with hiring managers at our facilities. Your role will focus on sourcing and full-cycle recruitment, building a robust pipeline of talent, and collaborating with clinical leaders, HR colleagues, and business partners to meet hiring goals. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable, and enjoys problem-solving while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service and candidate experiences throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• Partner with recruitment management to identify needs and create effective sourcing strategies.

• Source, screen, and guide applicants through the interview and hiring process within established SLAs.

• Prioritize tasks and manage time-sensitive projects to meet deadlines.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Experience in recruitment or HR is a plus, but we're open to training the right fit.

Position Details

• Contract Role : Full-time, with potential for permanent conversion within 1-2 years.

• Location : Remote, but preferred candidates will live near one of our Central Texas facilities (Temple, Waco, College Station, Brenham, Round Rock, Marble Falls).

• Experience : Minimum of 2 years in HR or Talent Acquisition preferred.
