    This Head of Strategic Sourcing position will be responsible for driving value, managing risks, and ensuring the efficiency of the organization's sourcing activities by developing and implementing global strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize our procurement processes, drive cost savings, and enhance supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in strategic procurement, negotiation expertise, and a strong ability to align sourcing strategies with overall business objectives. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and effective leadership. As the Head of Strategic Sourcing, you will lead a talented team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our organization's supply chain management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on cost savings, efficiency, and risk mitigation.

    • Cultivate and manage relationships with key suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conducting regular performance reviews.

    • Stay informed on market trends, industry best practices, and regulatory changes through ongoing market analysis.

    • Analyze supply chain costs, identifying areas for reduction, and implement cost-effective procurement strategies without compromising quality.

    • Identify and assess potential risks in the supply chain, implementing mitigation strategies for stable goods and services supply.

    • Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.

    • Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to align sourcing strategies with overall business objectives.

    • Work with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide strategic sourcing support.

    • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring the success of sourcing strategies.

    • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sourcing performance and achievements.

    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the sourcing function, implementing process enhancements for increased efficiency.

    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, upholding ethical standards in all sourcing activities.

    • Develop and promote initiatives for supplier diversity and sustainability, aligning sourcing strategies with corporate social responsibility goals.

    • Build and lead a high-performing strategic sourcing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

    Education & Experience

    ·Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

    ·Proven experience of at least 8-10 years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, with a focus on leadership roles.

    ·Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives that resulted in cost savings, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation.

    ·Extensive experience in negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

    ·Strong understanding of market trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements, with a track record of effective market analysis.

    ·Solid background in cost management, including the ability to analyze costs throughout the supply chain and implement cost-effective procurement strategies.

    ·Expertise in risk management, including the identification and mitigation of potential risks in the supply chain.

    ·Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to align sourcing strategies with overall business objectives.

    ·Experience in tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sourcing strategies.

    ·Track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives within the sourcing function, implementing process enhancements for increased efficiency.

    ·Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in sourcing activities.

    ·Experience in promoting and implementing initiatives for supplier diversity and sustainability.
