Head of Agency

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Head of Agency for a local insurance company. The Head of Agency Partnerships is responsible for a blend of setting attainable goals for the agency channel, prospecting suitable agency partnerships, and optimizing the performance of existing partnerships. They will set and manage KPIs for agency partnerships, manage wholesaling process, develop successful agency partnerships, and collaborate with senior management to outline goals and growth targets

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience

Experience in a role that is carrier or agency facing Bachelors degree null
