HC - Laborer

Heavy Industrial Utility Worker: highway worked preferred. Performs general cleanup, assist all crafts in material preparation, dismantling of equipment, flags traffic, fire watch, distribute potable drinking water, and assist other crafts as needed. Other duties as assigned. Helpers assist journeymen with these duties.
