Hardware Repair Technician

Our client, a leader in healthcare technology, is seeking a Repair Technician to join their team. As a Repair Technician, you will be part of the Healthcare Service Center supporting various functional groups. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Repair Technician

Location: Oakdale, MN

Pay Range: $17 to $20 per hour on w-2 basis depending upon experience

What's the Job?

• Diagnose and repair Healthcare hardware (electronic or mechanical) devices.

• Troubleshoot, clean, and repair customer devices efficiently.

• Generate and process service repair documentation to maintain repair traceability.

• Create repair estimates including costs of service parts and labor.

• Maintain a clean and orderly workcell while managing local service parts inventories.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

• Training from a two-year technical school or relevant job experience in a technical field is preferred.

• Experience operating common tools and test equipment for device repair.

• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.

• Ability to communicate effectively with various functional groups.
