    We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) part of the US Army's Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation stop-fold tiltrotor. This position is onsite in Fort Worth

    H-1 Military Sustainment - COI

    Bell in Fort Worth, TX has openings for a Sr Asset Managers to support Defense Logistics Agency's (DLA) Captains of Industry (COI) contracts. This position will be tasked with supporting both the execution and growth of the COI contract, which drives the sustainment and readiness of several military aircraft configurations.

    Additional responsibilities include identifying and evaluating consumable spare parts as future candidates for growing the market basket to support COI contracts. This may include an array of data analysis and cross-functional coordination to investigate sources of supply, in-house capability, tooling, alternative materials, engineering status, etc. The position will also support the implementation of new parts, including coordination and driving system readiness.

    Responsibilities include evaluating material availability and coordinating throughout the supply chain network, reporting on business health and metric performance, assisting with daily internal and external customer interactions, and facilitate resolution for outstanding challenges impacting contract execution.

    In this role, you will have full responsibility to coordinate corrective action plans to resolve supply fulfillment issues by collaborating with appropriate Center of Excellence (COE) stakeholders for supply resolutions. You will have the opportunity to professionally interact and present information to all levels of the organization. You will monitor and provide daily, monthly, and weekly reports to support the overall business health, including metric reconciliations with our Military customer.

    What you'll be doing as a Sr Asset Manager

    Review and identify materials for market basket expansion under the Military Sustainment COI contracts.Work with engineering, contracts, program, and COEs to identify and support configuration changes, material supersessions, substitutions, and obsolescence.Customer support - Main point of contact for issue resolution and coordination of activities to address customer's needs, including customer inquiries, data analytics, meetings, order status, etc. for 1000's of parts across the US.Overall supply health alignment - lead shortage meetings, customer support meetings, and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) meetings. Responsible for material allocation and release to satisfy customer requirements. Conduct root cause analysis for material shortages, forecast accuracy analysis, and implementing corrective actions.Backlog burn-down - Responsible for backlog burndown through coordination of activities with 3PL, customer, and Bell. Expedite supply to support customer requirements through all levels of the supply chain. Responsible for contractual metrics, contract execution, and metric reconciliation activities.Additional duties as assigned and needed to support the business to include taking part in the organization, planning, and management of new aircraft simulation environments within an Integrated Product Team (IPT), to meet program and customer defined requirements.

    At least 5 years of experience in service parts industry, product planning, scheduling, or supply chain management. Experience identifying and implementing process improvement solutions.SAP experience in inventory, order management, and Material Requirements Planning (MRP). Familiarity with ENOVIA and CAMS is a plus.Strong data analytics skills, including being able to create complex data models (very strong MS Excel), and using data to tell stories and create presentations for leadership. MS Office suite proficiency. MS Access and advanced Dashboarding Skills, using SQL/Advanced Analytics, a plus.Excellent verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills.Must be able to comprehend contractual requirements, implement solutions to meet customer expectations, and drive actions to meet metric plans.
