    We are looking for physicians who are board-certified in Gynecology to help provide comprehensive, empathetic care to women including diagnosis, treatment, and management of chronic and acute conditions. 

    Our patients are choosing Allara because they want an ongoing relationship with an empathetic provider who understands what they are going through. This is not a role to simply write prescriptions, you'll have an opportunity to build strong relationships with patients through video visits and ongoing check-ins.

    What You'll D

    • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video.
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest standards of care.
    • Complete training and adhere to company policies and best practices.
    • Promote preventative care and overall well-being through education and evidence-based strategies.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
    • Dedicate a minimum of 20 patient-facing hours per week, including consults, charting, addressing patient questions, prescribing medications if needed, and providing necessary medical guidance.

    Qualifications

    • Required Medical License
      MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

    • Required Certification: Board certification in Gynecology
    • Experience
      Minimum of

      2 years of consecutive, recent experience as a gynecologist specializing in women's health and treating chronic conditions such as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, obesity, Hashimoto's thyroiditis & hypothyroidism, endometriosis, menopause, and more.
    • Independence
      Ability to operate effectively as an independent provider.

    • Communication Skills
      Exceptional written and verbal communication with a focus on clarity and compassion.

    • Webside Manner
      Strong ability to connect with patients virtually and provide empathetic care.

    • Commitment to Evidence-Based Care
      Dedication to delivering treatments grounded in the latest research.

    • Technical Proficiency
      Skilled in navigating multiple computer screens and proficient in tools such as EMR, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling platforms.

    •  State Specific Requirements 
      • Active State License: New Jersey
      • Hospital Privileges: New Jersey 
      • Active DEA License: New Jersey (please note, we do not prescribe controlled substances)
      • Open to New Jersey APRN supervision
