    Are you ready to lead with excitement and make every day unforgettable? We’re looking for a passionate, guest-obsessed individual to step into the role of Guest Experience Shift Lead at one of our world-class attractions! ????

    Your Mission:

    As a Shift Lead, you’ll be the Manager-on-Duty for the entire attraction 50% of the time, ensuring everything runs smoothly while keeping the energy high and the guest experience top-notch. You’ll oversee departments like AdmissionsRetailFood & Beverage, and Attraction Operations, and guide our incredible team to provide exceptional service every single day. ??

    Lead with Passion:

    • Oversee the smooth operation of all departments to keep everything running seamlessly.
    • Delegate tasks to the team and motivate them to deliver world-class service.
    • Be a role model for customer service by upholding The Merlin Way

    Manage the Magic:

    • Be the point of contact for all guest issues, and work with your team to solve problems efficiently.
    • Monitor queues, guest flow, and ensure a safe, fun environment for everyone.
    • Keep things running like clockwork – even during peak hours! ?

    Shape Future Stars:

    • Train new team members in everything from safety to guest service to profit protection.
    • Ensure the team feels empowered to deliver the best guest experience possible.
    • Offer ongoing coaching and feedback to help team members grow and succeed! ??

    Support Where It Counts:

    • When not managing directly, you’ll jump in to assist with stockinginventoryemployee engagement, and more!
    What We’re Looking For:

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED preferred.
    • Customer service experience with a focus on guest interaction
    • A true passion for entertaining families and kids
    • Leadership skills to train, motivate, and support the team to reach their full potential.
    • Strong communication and motivational skills to lead with energy and fun.
