Group Exercise Instructor

HealthFitness is looking for a Group Exercise Instructor to join the team at our community client site located in Port Washington, New York (NY).

In this position you will provide fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members participating in the fitness program such as Aquasize/Aqua Aerobics, Dance, Zumba, Kickboxing, Step, Boot Camp, Yoga, Barr and Circuit.

Hours: 3 classes (3 hours) per week.

Schedule: Flexible - morning, afternoon or weekend.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.

• Adult CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.

• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Compensation: $70-$80/hr. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
