    Responsibilities

    Key Roles

    • Clinical Quality and Patient Safety: Champion SCAH's HRO Journey with responsibility to ensure

    leaders, teams, and physicians achieve clinical excellence and drive zero harm through adoption and

    standardization of Clinical Quality standards.

    • Facility Partnership Performance: Responsible for the P&L of 2 facilities either as

    separate partnerships or under one umbrella and retains oversight as CEO for a minimum of 1 of the

    2 facilities. Responsibility for all financial and operational controls. Leads, mentors, and


    develops a high-performing facility team of clinical and operational

    professionals focused on clinical quality outcomes, volume growth drivers, labor efficiencies, and

    operational excellence.

    • Support Teammates: Recruits, leads, mentors, and develops high-performing teams of facility

    teammates, including clinical and operational professionals, modeling and

    promoting SCA's Values, supporting teammate growth, and operational excellence.

    • Advance Relationships: Market or partnership dependent, may be responsible for adding or

    expanding a facility due to a merger, de novo, relocation or expansion.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the facility's overall patient experience, including patient outcomes,

    patient satisfaction, and the successful execution of harm prevention initiatives.

    • Manages oversight of day-to-day operations for 2 facilities to ensure strong facility

    leadership, clinical excellence and patient care, operational and financial performance, and

    teammate and physician relationships and engagement.

    • Works cross-functionally with all support services lanes, including clinical, finance, revenue

    cycle, supply chain, D&I, Legal, Compliance, HR, and all functions to gain alignment and

    collaborate on mutual goals.

    • Partners with the business development team and SSL team to recruit new physicians, physician

    groups, and grow share of practice.

    Qualifications

    Education Requirements:

    • A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience will

      be considered.

    Years of Experience:

    • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in

      healthcare, 2+ years of leadership experience.

    Preferred Experience:

    • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in ASC,

      outpatient, surgical site, and multi-site healthcare settings.
