Groundskeeper/Light Maintenance Technician

Description:

Real Estate Development and Property Management company, seeking a skilled and reliable Groundskeeper/Light Maintenance worker to join our team. As a Groundskeeper/Light Maintenance worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of the grounds, buildings, and surrounding areas of our facility. You will ensure that our facility remains clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in groundskeeping and/or light maintenance.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Familiarity with landscaping equipment and techniques.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A valid driver's license preferred

Requirements:

• Perform light maintenance tasks, including painting, minor repairs, and basic plumbing tasks.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our facility, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Ensure that all outdoor areas are kept free of debris, including sidewalks, parking lots, and landscaping.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Respond to all maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities.
