    Job Description:

    Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Ground Test Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to be on the forefront of testing and fielding missile defense capabilities to our Nation's Warfighters.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Support the Ground Test Mission Director, System Mission Manager, or Mission Test Director for assigned event

    • Develop Event Objective Worksheets to reserve operational assets

    • Participating in, or leading, weekly test event planning meetings

    • Develop high-level briefings / presentations to senior leaders, Combatant Command (CCMD) teams, international allies, event visitors, participants, and observers

    • Develop, update and maintain the Ground Test Event Architecture and Approved Test Configuration (ATC) and be responsible for developing or assisting in development of the following test documentation (among others); Detailed Test Plan, Test Procedures, OPTASKLINK and the final Test Event Report

    • Manage the Configuration Change Board (CCB) process, assist test Elements in developing Change Requests, and supervise the approval process for requested changes to the test

    • Review all DTG and ground test related documents for technical accuracy on behalf of the MD/SMM/MTD

    What Required Skills You'll Bring:

    • MA/MS in a field pertinent to the position and 10 years of experience OR a BA/BS with 5 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for the MA/MS degree requirement.

    • Minimum of a Secret security clearance

    • Possess exceptional technical writing and Government reporting / documentation skills

    • Capable of working independently or leading teams to solve problems including test planning, integration, execution, and analysis

    • Ability to travel to support mission needs (<10%)

    What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

    • Background in Missile Defense System testing

    • Ability to develop and present complex concepts to all levels of leadership

    • Familiarity with the Ground Test Concept of Operations (CONOPS)

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products

    Minimum Clearance Required to Start:

    Secret

    Salary Range

    $83,300.00 - $145,800.00
