    The Opportunity

    An industry leading Toronto team, specializing in office leasing, is actively seeking a Marketing and Design Coordinator for the development of marketing strategies and deliverables for the team, elevating marketing in Toronto for some of Downtown Toronto's most iconic office towers. Individual needs to be self-starting and action-oriented while regularly exercising independent judgment and seeing tasks through to completion.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute layouts for client presentations, property marketing flyers, market surveys, tour packages, proposals, RFP's and email marketing campaigns, all while identifying opportunities to bring creativity and innovation to existing marketing practices and materials.

    • Coordinate onsite listing photoshoots, manage marketing budget requests, and track invoices.

    • Manage the day-to-day marketing operations and arrange weekly status meetings with the team.

    • Organize and maintain online filing system, file correspondence and other records.

    • Responsible for the coordination and execution of brokerage receptions and client events.

    • Maintain and update various databases such as contacts and availability, online listings, electronic campaigns, etc.

    • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and tours with clients for sales professionals.

    • Summarize meetings, taking written meeting minutes.

    • Administrative duties as required.

    What we require

    • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from 2-year college required.

    • 2 years' experience providing marketing support to a team of professionals is preferred.

    • Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred.

    • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

    • Analytical thinker with strong marketing knowledge and web publishing skills.

    • Computer proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
