    Job Description Summary

    Secretarial/Reception for the Adult Learning Lab at the Rinker campus, Irvine:

    answer phones, greet participants, receive/distribute mail, and assist student

    clinicians and CSD supervisors.

    Responsibilities

    Primary job duties include: filing, photocopying, faxing, internet research to find resources for student clinician therapy, data entry, and creating Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and

    PowerPoint presentations. Assist faculty member and administrative staff

    with various projects as assigned.

    Required Qualifications

    Undergraduate degree in similar and/or related field.
