    Job Summary

    Guide prospective graduate and international students and their families on the admissions, financial aid, scholarship, and housing processes. Responsible for recruiting graduate and international students, including activities that generate prospects, applicants, and enrollment.

    Foster a positive working environment that honors the UTA Principles of Community, leads to healthy levels of productivity and contributes to UTA being increasingly known as a great place to work.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Implement graduate and international recruitment strategies to meet outreach and enrollment targets.

    • Plan appropriate recruitment activities and programs, including overseeing the development, training, and delivery of recruitment events and presentations.

    • Monitor and track recruitment and application metrics within the student information system and associated system applications like CRM and report findings to management.

    • Compile and analyze data to inform strategic direction and action to impact enrollment positively.

    • Assist in coordinating and hosting recruitment events, including online or in-person information sessions worldwide, with registration communications, invitations, and follow-up.

    • Coordinate efforts with UTA graduate and admissions stakeholders as assigned.

    • Engage with prospective students throughout the application process to ensure application completion with required materials.

    • Provide information on admissions procedures to external partners and constituents.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree with two (2) years of experience counseling students in academic and scholastic matters, with a broad knowledge of institutional admission requirements or the equivalent experience.

    • Experience with extremely accurate admission and transfer evaluations.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • Work well both independently and within a team environment.

    • Ability and knowledge to use standard office equipment

    • Detail Oriented.

    • Ability to multitask in a busy office environment with multiple interruptions, including high volume phone calls and monitoring multiple email accounts.
