    As a Government Property Administrator, you will contribute to a fast-paced innovative team with responsibility to ensure Government, Customer, and Raytheon owned property is efficiently managed and in compliance with Raytheon businesses, processes, contract requirements, regulations, and sound business practices. The role will administer and/or maintain aspects of the Property Management System to include contract closeout and relief of stewardship (loss report administration) outcomes.

    The candidate will have oversight of contracts in closure and loss reporting across multiple locations utilizing a variety of internal and external systems and reports to ensure timely actions are performed. This may include, but is not limited to, tracking plant clearance, contract transfer, and loss submissions. In addition, the candidate will work independently on assignments and perform under the guidance of a team lead to resolve problems of moderate complexity by interpreting policies and procedures and by developing solutions of moderate scope and impact.

    The candidate will collaborate with other Property Management Teams, Site Execution Personnel, Contracts, Customers (internal and external), Program Management, Operations, Production Control, Logistics, Inventory Control, Mission Assurance, and other POCs as needed to gather loss information and to close the contracts.

    Additional Responsibilities to Anticipate:

    • Responsible to oversee Property contract closure and relief of stewardship/loss reporting processes. Ensure compliance with all regulations and internal/external audit protocols for customer and company property.

    • Research and understand property regulations, specifically Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and the Raytheon command media.

    • Work closely with Property and Logistics functional management, Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), suppliers, contracts and other functions that support the Raytheon Property Management System.

    • Frequent communication and interface with internal and external customers on property issues, processes, and systems.

    • Frequent and accurate documentation to support audit readiness for all property outcomes.

    • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

    Qualifications You Must Have:

    • Experience in Government property and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) compliance areas.

    Education:

    Typically requires Bachelor's degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree and 3 years of relevant experience OR In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required.

    Additional Desired Experience:

    • National Property Management Association, CPPS certification or able to obtain certification within two years of employment.

    • Well-developed communication skills, both oral and written, to ensure effective collaboration with Property, Logistics, Procurement, Production Control, Contracts, Programs, and the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)

    • Self-Starter who requires minimal supervision, as well as the ability to manage priorities.

    • Ability to lead projects and meetings with internal and external customers.

    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

    • Preferred degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field

    • Previous DoD experience

    • Knowledge in Property Shared Services support (Loss, Disposition, Subcontractor Control, and Contract Closure).

    • Requires advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management. Practical to substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs, or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.

    The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

    This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
