    Jacobs Entertainment is currently in search of a "Food & Beverage Supervisor" who will also be part of the Soft Count Team for Gold Dust West Elko. This property features a modern interior with the latest slot machines and table games including Blackjack, Craps, and 3-Card Poker.     Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
    • Administer all aspects of the food and beverage department for FOH food and beverage facilities
    • Make periodic inspections of all areas responsible for
    • Prepare and coordinate the periodical performance review of assigned personnel
    • Establish and maintain effective channels of communication upward, downward, and laterally
    • Scheduling weekly work schedules and assigning work areas to all FOH food and beverage staff
    • Hiring and work with the department trainer to train new hires
    • Follow up with the service standards of the department
    • Supervise staff on shift and ensure proper staffing levels in order to provide high standards of service with minimum labor hours
    • Oversees FOH restaurant/bar staff in the performance of their duties
    • Performs & Assists Count with the Soft Count Team
    Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
    • Computer skills to include Infogenesis, Patron, Word and Excel programs
    • Bachelor's degree or Equivalent Work Experience.
    • TIPS Certification required (training provided)
    • 1-3 years related experience and/or training
    • Must have knowledge of F&B experience
    • Nevada Gaming Board Registration and Bard Card
    • Valid Driver's License and 3 years clean driving record preferred
