    Required Skills:

    Global Supply Manager, Silicon Responsibilities:

    1. Develop an overall vision, strategy and execution plan for the Global Semiconductor/Electronics Sourcing function.

    2. Drive an integrated long-term supplier development approach focused on delivering world class quality, delivery and cost.

    3. Negotiate and execute master supply contracts and other critical agreements including but not limited to licensing agreements, SOWs, etc.

    4. Establish, manage and own strategic supplier relationships at the supplier executive level.

    5. Develop, manage and refresh individual and customized Semiconductor technology, architecture and commodity sourcing strategies for each actively managed technology.

    6. Lead supplier QBR process focused on exceeding Facebook KPI's and continuous performance improvement.

    7. Analyze, develop and implement supplier capacity and custom Semiconductor "should cost" model.

    8. Develop deep technical and commercial relationships with executive management at suppliers.

    9. Influence supplier technology roadmaps and create internal disruptive value-add to ensure Meta's system architecture and commercial requirements are met.

    10. Work in partnership with the various engineering teams to develop an approved and qualified supply base, developing strategic partnerships that address Meta's needs and, on an ongoing basis, continuously improving supplier performance.

    11. Partnering with cross-functional teams (i.e., PM, engineering, quality, ID, PD, logistics, etc.) to continuously improve overall system-level landed cost and identifying strategic trends in Meta's design practices that will have an impact on procurement.

    12. Partner with Finance to ensure financial reporting is reliable, accurate and reported on-time.

    13. Influence engineering and architecture teams for NPI development strategy and implementation, optimizing design/materials/process selection to drive lowest cost, industry leading quality and continuity of predictable supply.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Minimum Qualifications

    1. Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering Management, or a related field. Foreign degree equivalent accepted. 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Experience must include 36 months involving the following:

      1. Sourcing and procurement experience in Semiconductor/Electronics Commodity and technology management, including managing overall supplier performance
      1. Setting up, running and optimizing a global, outsourced manufacturing supply chain
      1. Interfacing with and establishing commercial and technical relationships with senior management at suppliers
      1. Semiconductor supply chains
      1. Hiring and training supply chain teams.

    Public Compensation:

    $216,961/year to $232,320/year + bonus + equity + benefits
