    What you'll do...

    The GDE (Global Dealer Engagement) Analyst is responsible for contributing to data and analytic reporting for GDE (Global Dealer Engagement) and supporting teams for Sentiment and Benchmarking Studies through implementation of static visuals in Excel/PPT and dynamic dashboards in various dashboards and highly interested in creating AI driven closed database search engines for Ford internal use. The ideal candidate must be relentlessly curious and possess a desire to understand and anticipate the data required to analyze trends in data that might point to a risk or opportunity of how we might better manage our relationship with our dealership globally.

    GDE is aligned around a mindset that Ford and its dealers will "win together" by accelerating to catch and surpass competitors in automotive sales and service (both traditional and non-traditional).

    • Help deliver a comprehensive a closed database of global dealer sentiment studies powered by GENAI in a format useable by all Ford stakeholders

    • Help bring to life measurement initiatives in a visual format understandable at the executive level.

    • Develop reporting of key GDE objectives in Workboard to support the Chief Global Dealer Experience Officer understand progress against department objectives

    • Assist in coordinating projects and deliverables for the Chief Global Dealer Experience Officer as necessary

    • Collaborating with global partners to support the development of transformative dealer experiences

    • Building and managing network of external resources to deeply learn and gain access to emerging best-in-class auto and non-auto franchise-models and technologies

Success will require a mix of talent that collectively understands the customer (as people), dealers (as partners), service, credit, marketing & sales, product development, etc.

    • Strong interest in advocating for and delivering data to improve dealer sentiment and customer experience

    • Comfortable working in whitespace; ability to use variety of frameworks to provide structure

    • Experience cultivating information and data from a variety of sources and synthesizing it into a cohesive story

    • Detail-oriented with ability to balance competing priorities and problem-solve in real time

    • Ability to build strong cross functional relationships and collaborate with peers and partners globally

    • Understanding of Ford channel complexities (dealer, contact center, web, app, vehicle)

    • Familiar leveraging management consulting structured problem-solving frameworks

    • Persuasive in making a case for change leading to action

    You'll have...

    • Bachelor's degree or combination of education and equivalent experience

    • 3+ years of experience in data and analytics

    • 1+ year of dealer or event management experience

    This position is a range of salary grades 5-8 .
