General Production Associate Entry Level

Location: Warminster, PA

Adecco is hiring for a General Production Associate (Entry-Level) position in Warminster, PA. This is a great opportunity to start your career in a dynamic production environment with a company that values safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment, and assist with the physical loading/unloading of materials in a safe and productive manner, adhering to Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.

• Operate equipment associated with producing units and material handling equipment as assigned.

• Follow all safety policies and practices, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting good safety practices.

• May load and unload raw goods and/or finished products.

• Perform visual inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and general housekeeping within the work area.

• Adhere to workplace rules and procedures.

• Load drums weighing over 50 lbs. onto trucks.

• Verify loads for accuracy to ensure proper shipment.

• Perform operational tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Work Hours:

• 1st shift: Monday - Friday, 6:15 AM - 3:00 PM

PPE and Dress Code:

• Light Industrial: Closed-toe shoes, jeans, and a t-shirt

• Professional/Clerical: Business casual

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

Qualifications:

• Entry-level position (training provided)

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and operate machinery

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
