Adecco is hiring for a General Production Associate (Entry-Level) position in Warminster, PA. This is a great opportunity to join a team focused on quality and safety while working in a production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment and assist with the physical loading/unloading of materials safely and productively, following Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.

• Operate equipment related to producing units and material handling equipment as assigned.

• Adhere to all safety policies and practices, including using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring machine guards and safety features are in place, and promoting safety best practices at all times.

• Load and unload raw goods and/or finished products as needed.

• Perform visual inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and general housekeeping functions within the work area.

• Follow all work location rules and procedures.

• Load drums weighing over 50 lbs. onto trucks.

• Verify loads for accuracy to ensure proper shipment.

• Complete operational assignments as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Entry-level position, training will be provided.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and operate machinery.

• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.

• Commitment to safety and following all workplace procedures.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow supervisor instructions.

Work Hours

2nd shift - Monday - Friday 2:45 pm - 11:30 pm

PPE and Dress Code

Light Industrial - Closed toes shoes, jeans, t-shirt

Professional/Clerical - Business Casual

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
