    We are offering a General Office Clerk the chance to become a part of our team in the industry located in HARTFORD, Connecticut. This role presents a contract to permanent position where you will work closely with our office manager and handle a wide array of administrative duties.     Responsibilities

    • Deliver excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries efficiently

    • Process and maintain customer requests and invoices with high accuracy

    • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately within the premises

    • Answer incoming calls and route them to the correct individual or department

    • Sort and distribute incoming mail to the respective departments

    • Manage and organize client files for easy accessibility and reference

    • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to perform various administrative tasks

    • Schedule appointments as required and ensure the office manager is informed of the same

    • Perform shipping functions as required, ensuring all procedures are followed

    • Data entry tasks as required with a focus on accuracy and speed.

    Requirements - Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

    • Proven experience in administrative assistance and office operations

    • Demonstrable customer service skills

    • Proficiency in data entry tasks with keen attention to detail and accuracy

    • Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and organize files efficiently

    • Experience in scanning documents and maintaining digital copies

    • Familiarity with shipping functions and logistics

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
